Possibly Big Gavs most controlled innings ever. He certainly bled the runs from the opposition in a Kymmyesque style by camping next to the stumps and inviting the opposition to try and get him out and by letting balls pass by for wides.
Mickymon, when he was allowed to face got 16 runs from 8 balls which is not bad. When he eventually turned up to the game (after having gone to pick Kymmy!! up at the time the game actually started, something which Glynne quite rightly blamed on the senior player Kymmy!!) he bowled magnificantly to get figures of 3 for -3.
Continued an amazing run of good form as he hit a game high 29 which included two outs. Persisted with inane fielding decisions, but the lack of Mickymon early in the game did not help things (though as he pointed out this was Kymmys!!! fault for not ringing Mickymon). His bowling was good and is starting to build up to the demonic pace he used to have last season.
Managed to pad a few balls to get to his average of 14. Certainly more is needed than just getting one run of most balls. Bowled quite well to get around his average of 7.
After failing to ensure Mickymon got to the game on time, he was persona non grata. He took this in typical Kymmy!! style and took the stumps well where he elected to concentrate on the "telling of others what to do". He managed to entice a stumping of his own bowling with Mad Maniac McGregor taking the stumps during his overs. His batting was a little down and Kymmy!! seemed quite upset by this but we all know this should translate into a fearsome effort in the next game. On one run Kymmy!! fell over as he neared the line and later complained his old legs could no longer keep and allow him to star with the bat.
Again no kids and Donna's efforts were on par with her average. Of course batting with the super competitive Kymmy!! is always difficult, as you know he has such high expectations. The team can only hope that Darth Morg and the Interest Free Princess dont show up to any more games.
Got the bat in the way but like the Avatar struggled to get more than one run of each ball. Bowling is very effective as he had one minus over.
