Big Gavstheman Ul Haq played yet another sensible and controlled innings....What the fuck is going on????. Did manage to stop Mickymon getting the strike on one shot where the ball went into the back corner but the Big man told Mickymon to piss off as he had not faced his quota of balls yet. A little bit inconsistent in the field but bowled well to get his best figures for the season. In his first over the batsman had no idea where he was going to bowl.
Mickymon again had to make do with a smaller quota of balls than the Big Man but still managed to get 15. Fielding was good but not up to his normal superior level. Still annoyed at Kymmy!! from last week he blatently hurled the ball into Kymmy!! from 2 feet away while allegedly aiming at the stumps from two feet away. Bowled very strongly to almost get a hat trick. If he had turned up to the practice he organised on Sunday he would have got that hat trick!!
Smashed the opposition bowlers for 57 runs while every so often allowing the Avatar the strike. Fielding was okay but after building up to his demonic pace level seemed to tail of this week.
Got a good score of 20 when allowed to face by Glynne. Bowled well and quick work by the Toymaster behind the stumps managed to get him some wickets. Fielded very well except for his own bowling where he managed to avoid a certain run out by letting the ball pass through him. Was distracted during his batting by watching Kymmy!!! practice his shots, the grace!!! the style!!! pity he forgot that when he got into the arena. Avatar was almost run out when Glynne called for a quick overthrow run but Avatar dropped the bat instead as Glynne was only joking!
Kymmy!!! was wayward in his first over and while fielding let a golden opportunity go by when the ball was hit straight to him. He was obviously asleep or admiring the Toymaster keeping. He was angry after that and fired a ball back to the bowlers end in a mindless manner. It did tend to improve his bowling however and he was generally good as the Mr Rotating Fielder. After having lost the keeping duties to ensure his batting did not suffer things looked good for Kymmy!!! He strode into the arena with his favourite music blaring and his millions of fans screaming "Who better than Kymmy!!!????". That is probably the best of it, as he failed to score double figures and was lucky not to be bowled as the keeper stumped him to save him from that disaster.
Donna anihilated the opposition batsman as she picked up a hat trick and figures of 5 for -13. Batting was a little lacklustre with two stumpings which brought Glynne away from the TV to start his normal verbal encouragment of Donna.
Powered to 26 in an almost Glynne like perfomance with the bat. Did everything else that was asked of him and apart from the umpire getting his score round the wrong way was happy..
