Glynne was clearly distressed at not being able to smell what Big Gav was cookin and made the insane choice of putting Kymmy!!! in charge of the top stumps. Last time Kymmy!! had this opportunity he only found the top stumps in the final two overs, and tonight was no different. Glynne batted to within an inch of being the highest scorer and bowled with fire. Had trouble in the difficult fielding position which Darren had left vacant. I dont know why Glynne did not take the stumps but perhaps he is still suffering from the mortal injury which kept him out of last weeks clash.
Bowled the best for quite a while, even bowling a batsman, which has been unheard of for him. Took a legitimate query about the ball not hitting the back net to the umpire and was punished for it when he batted. The umpire (who was clearly asleep) was woken up by the noise of the ball hitting the Avatars knee. He gave him out despite the opposition rescinding the appeal. I sincerely hopes he applies for a job in my section where he will be dealt with equal fairness.
Kymmy spent a lot of the game pacing, pacing forward, pacing backward, pacing across the stumps. Kymmy!! was the top scorer with the bat and the team finally found out what makes him tick as after being hit in the head (again our buddy the umpire decided that this was not a no ball) blasted into action. Gone was the style, this was just sheer gut bucket grunt as Kymmy smashed 24. Kymmy's bowling was back to its pedestrian best where he unusually failed to snare a wicket with the "Kimsra". I think Kymmy!!! takes the stumps at the back he refuses to leave the back net until the ball has passed over the stumps. I think this is some form of modified Dutch rules from Kymmys!!!! homeland.
One of the Golden Immortals from the Black Vegetables team of old (yes we have all heard Kymmy crap on about the great days of yesteryear). As a wicket keeper their has been none finer since Hross hung up the gloves. Hross taught the Mad One everything he knows and it certainly showed. That cheeky athlectism combined with lightning reflexes, MMC dominated the field and inspired all to perform better. His bowling was very fast as he built up to his former speed. Batting was less than impressive in scoreline, but Kymmy!! only let him face 8 balls in his innings.
