After a brief fuel stop in the bustling southern hemispherical city of BANG kok the path of enlightenment continued to the former golden city of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. A noteworthy country for the AVATAR^tm to visit considering it is the birthland of Kimmy B's forefathers. The AVATAR^tm's palacial accommodation were superb, having been supplied by the airline KLM.
