Oz: Oz Behaviour ======================================== Caption: How Aussies act and what it all means Blurb: All about how Aussies act and react, why they act like they do and what not to do. The way Australians behave is dependant on a large variety of factors, such as levels of hunger and thirst, weather conditions, their current state of tiredness, etc. Overall, Australians tend to be a cheerful bunch, everything has a positive side to it and nothing presents anything more than a minor problem. This is due to the Aussie mentality of "She'll be right, mate.", meaning whatever the problem, it will fix itself and is therefor no need for concern. Should an Australian be found in a less than happy mood ("Bloody this, bloody that"), a method that usually works is to ask what's wrong. They will give you a detailed and animated explanation of the problem and all relevant background information, after which they will have most likely realised that life isn't all that bad and the problem will hence be declared null and void. If they still percieve there to be a problem, just tell them you'll buy them a drink. This will fix anything. A sometimes disconcerting Aussie trait is to insult fellow Aussies day in and day out. This is not actually meant in offence, but rather in friendliness, mateship if you will. That's the other thing, Aussies will call absolutely everyone "mate", and usually mean it.
