Oztralians enjoy all kinds of music, with classical and rock
dominating. Some songs that have achieved "classic" status here are:

popular, and the Australian version of country music is also well
received, with one country artist, Slim Dusty (who wrote "The Pub
With no Beer"), releasing around 90 albumns.

Most cities have at least 2 rock type commercial radio stations, at
least one of which will be part of the Australia wide Austereo
Network. Classical music is largely broadcast be the government owned
ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), who also run TripleJ,
which is best described as an "alternative" Australia wide station.
