Stunning pressed glass plate made in Great Britain in 1937, to commemorate the Coronation of King George V1 on May 12th 1937. Features a design made from many dots ( stippled?) ,with central emblem of the King's Crown and " GOD SAVE THE KING " .I must point out that my photographs do not do justice nor capture the detail of this classy item.
Condition :- Perfect, with no Chips; cracks; or repairs. Size :- 9¾" Diameter X 2"High . A lovely edition to any Royalty ; British Glass collection. And being a joy to display, it will prove a fine gift ; heirloom; or investment. |
