| This gorgeous true pair (mirror image) of hand-painted porcelain vases, feature gilt-edged roses and leaves set against a spotted apricot ground. The architectonic shape, rectangular cross-section and two bold handles, give these pieces strength as well as beauty. Early 20th Century.
Marks: Green stamp - `ROYAL NIPPON' surrounding the globe with `NISHIKI' written across the equator. Dimensions: 9 ½" high x 4 ¼" wide (at base) x 3 ½" deep (at base) |
